Self-respect, self-worth, and self-love starts with ourselves.Stop looking outside yourself for your value Stop looking for approval from people who do not know how your journey looks like. No one can make you feel inferior without your consent.
Do not compromise your deepest values in favour of social acceptability. Set boundaries off people who drain your energy with negative vibes.
How well do you know yourself? Are you able to define yourself? Do you have any non- negotiable values that define you, and make you unique? Explore hobbies, interests, projects that define strength. Every time we act in harmony with our authentic self, we earn our respect. Self-respect tracks our choices;it's that simple!
Set boundaries and rules. These are basically parameters which define what you will do, and what you'll not do. Pay attention to your feelings. How far can you stretch towards a certain direction?
How then do you earn your self-respect;
#Learn to say no. If your heart of hearts tells you its not good- leave it!
#Take action around things that excite you. What tickles your fancy? Is it good for you? Persue it.
#Be honest about who you are, and who you aren't. Work towards improving yourself.
#Be willing to accept reality. Do not force things to work if they are not meant to.
#Stop trying too hard to be perfect. You cannot be 100%right unless you are supernatural.
